Art Quotient Events (Past & Future)
Art du Chocolat Festival
Art Quotient held it's first Art du Chocolat Festival in Groveland, California on May 14, 2005 at the Community Hall. The money raised from the event was for the 2005 Art Annual. Sponsors included Century 21, Sabre Design, Associated Mortgage Group, Hwy 120 Chamber, and Mountain Lutheran Church.
Several pieces of artwork were on display from Art Quotient for the public to view. The chocolate pudding eating contest was very popular, as well as several demonstrations. There were over 150 people in attendance.
Where the Hell is Groveland Car Show
The Board of Directors and Trustees for Art Quotient came out in full force on June 5, 2005 to sell t-shirts benefitting Art Quotient at Mary Laveroni Park. The t-shirts designed by David Wilkinson were such a hit that AQ made $2600.00 from the sales of the shirts. The car show committee is having AQ handle the t-shirt sales for future years as well.
Groveland Art Stroll (It's a GAS!)
Art Quotient co-sponsored this event with the Hotel Charlotted on July 2, 2005 in the town of Groveland. Held in conjunction with the Sierra Professional Artists annual art event, this event was held throughout the town by several artisans displaying and selling art, photography and sculpture. The Hotel Charlotte donated the lobby area of the hotel to display the artwork of Art Quotient young artists.
This was a great awareness event for the nonprofit. The turn-out was so great that this event will happen every year on the Fourth of July weekend.
Ghosts & Goblins of Nevada's Past
Art Quotient is a major sponsor for this 2005 event taking place at the Clark County Museum in Henderson, Nevada. The event takes place October 28th & 29th from 4:30 to 7:30 pm. Art Quotient will also have an activity booth set up at the event exhibiting some of the artwork from the Art Annual as well as coloring sheets for younger children and submission forms for the 2006 Art Annual.
Other sponsors of this event are Wells Fargo, SBC, Wal-Mart, Money Tree, Ethel M, Ensign Federal Credit Union, Henderson Rotary, Douglas Nissan and Rossum Realty.

Central Sierra Arts Council
Art Quotient has been invited to do a 1-month exhibit during the month of February 2006 in Sonora, California through the Central Sierra Arts Council. The exhibit invites the artwork of only 50 artists published in the 2005 Art Quotient Art Annual. Artists work chosen for this event will be notified regarding the reception.
